WOW WOOD is a team specialising in wooden world maps and related wall decor. We combine clean design, precise assembly mechanics and localisation in 8+ languages with the ability to quickly release additional language versions for your market.

We work B2B-first: we understand the requirements of distributors and retailers, prepare retail-ready packaging, a full set of articulation/EAN, instructions in the language of the country, and a media pack for sales.

What we ship off-the-shelf

  • Three sizes: M ≈ 120×62 cm, L ≈ 160×85 cm, XL ≈ 213×113 cm. Finishes: natural / multicolour / dark brown.
  • Full in-the-box contents (no add-ons needed): gift box, mounting template, acrylic adhesive dots, instructions in the product language, QR to video guide, and a set of decorative flags/pins.
  • Languages: ready-made EN, PL, DE, IT, FR, ES, NL, SE; other languages produced in 7–10 business days.
  • Packaging & logistics: M/L in master cartons of 5 units; XL — 1 unit per master. EAN/SKU provided for retail/warehouse.
  • RRP for expectation alignment: M — €139 · L — €229 · XL — €269 (wholesale via line-sheet on request).

Line-sheet & sample kit

We send pricing tiers, specs, and media kit; optional sample kit to review finishes and mounting.

PO / payment 

Lock SKUs, languages, quantities, Incoterms, and delivery details. Pro forma issued; prepayment or Net 14/30 (subject to approval).

Production / localization

We localize/toponymy and (if needed) branding, run QA, and pack retail-ready masters. Lead time: in-stock 48h; localization 7–10 business days.

Dispatch

Courier or freight booked; you receive invoice, packing list, HS codes, tracking, and ETA. Worldwide shipping.

After-sales support

Can you ship on our carrier account or via our forwarder?

Yes. We can book freight ourselves or use your carrier account/forwarder. Incoterms are agreed case-by-case (typically DAP/DPU; EXW/FOB upon request).

Do you grant exclusivity and how is territory defined?

Exclusivity is possible against KPIs (quarterly volumes + marketing). Territory can be defined by country/language/channel. We use a probation phase with interim targets.

Do you offer credit limits and Net terms?

Subject to credit assessment, we may offer Net 14/30 with a defined credit limit. Alternative: trade credit insurance.

Do you have material/emission certifications?

We supply material and adhesive datasheets. Third-party testing/certification can be arranged to meet your market’s requirements (extra cost).

Do you enforce MAP/RRP and channel rules?

We maintain an RRP/MAP guideline and a fair-channel policy. Systematic marketplace undercutting may limit supply or exclusivity. Details in the commercial agreement.
