We believe in the quality of our wooden world maps, which is why we offer a unique lifetime warranty for our customers. With this warranty, you can always be confident that your map will look perfect, regardless of circumstances.

What Does the Lifetime Warranty Cover?

After registering your world map on our website, you are entitled to free replacement of up to 15% of your map's components once a year (excluding shipping costs). This may include:

• Small islands and decorative elements that may have been lost or damaged;

• Minor map parts that were affected during a move;

• Larger components, such as continents or panels, if they have been damaged (provided they do not exceed 15% of the map's total area).

Note: The assessment of whether the damage qualifies for replacement under the warranty is at the sole discretion of WOW WOOD.

How Does the Warranty Work?

1. Register your world map on our website using the QR code provided in the brochure included with your purchase.

2. Upon successful registration, you become a participant in the lifetime warranty program.

3. If needed, submit a request for the replacement parts, and we will send them to you (you only cover the shipping costs).

Note: Submission of a warranty request does not guarantee approval. WOW WOOD reserves the right to decline requests that do not meet the warranty conditions.

Examples of Warranty Use

Example 1: During a move, you took the map off the wall, but a few small islands were lost. You submit a request, and we send you these parts free of charge (you pay only for shipping).

Example 2: Over time, one of the map's panels was accidentally damaged — we will replace it under the warranty.

Example 3: You decided to change your interior and relocate the map to another wall. During disassembly, some elements were lost or damaged — we will gladly send you new ones.

Important Conditions:

• The warranty covers no more than 15% of the total area of the map per calendar year.

• Full map replacement is not included; however, we are ready to replace even large map parts (continents or panels) if they do not exceed the specified 15%.

• The warranty remains valid for life as long as your map is registered in our system.

• WOW WOOD has the exclusive right to determine the eligibility of claims and may request photographic evidence or additional information to process warranty requests.

• The warranty does not cover damage resulting from intentional acts, misuse, improper installation, or negligence.

Legal Information:

• The lifetime warranty is not a return policy. It does not replace your right to return the product within 14 days in accordance with European Union legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU).

• Product returns and replacements under the warranty are separate processes governed by distinct conditions.

• If your world map was custom-made (personalized), the right to return may be limited under EU law.

• Fraudulent claims or attempts to abuse the warranty policy may result in the suspension or permanent revocation of warranty coverage.
