Refund policy

30-Day Free Returns

We want you to love your WOW WOOD map. If you are not fully satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We cover the return shipping cost.

How It Works

Contact us at hello@wow-wood.eu within 30 days of receiving your order.
We will email you a prepaid return shipping label.
Pack the map in its original packaging, including all wooden pieces, pins, and the mounting kit.
Drop the package at your nearest courier point.
Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Conditions

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
The map and all accessories must be in original, unused condition.
Original packaging must be intact — the gift box and protective inserts.
Assembled, mounted, or modified maps cannot be returned.
No restocking fee.

Free returns are available to customers in all 27 EU countries. For orders outside the EU, contact hello@wow-wood.eu before returning — we handle these on a case-by-case basis.

EU Right of Withdrawal

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, customers in the European Union have the statutory right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason. WOW WOOD extends this period to 30 days at no cost to you. The same condition requirements apply.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your map arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at hello@wow-wood.eu with photos. We replace it at no cost — no return required.

For individual damaged parts (a single map piece, pins, or adhesive dots), our lifetime warranty covers free replacement at any time, with no return needed.

Refund Timeline

Inspection: 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
Refund processing: 5-7 business days after approval.
Your bank may take an additional 3-5 business days to credit your account.
