Free EU Shipping

WOW WOOD offers free standard shipping to all 27 European Union countries. No minimum order required.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 13:00 CET on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 13:00 CET ship the next business day. During public holidays, dispatch may take an additional day.

Delivery Time

Orders ship from our EU warehouse in Poland via DHL.

Germany and Poland: 1-2 business days after dispatch.
All other EU countries: 3-7 business days after dispatch.

Shipping to Countries Outside the EU

We ship to the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, and select countries worldwide. Shipping rates for non-EU destinations are calculated at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are typically collected upon delivery.

Packaging

Every WOW WOOD map ships in a protective gift box with custom inserts to prevent damage during transit. The packaging is designed for both protection and presentation — ready to give as a gift directly from the box.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a DHL tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. You can track your package in real time on the DHL website.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us at hello@wow-wood.eu with photos of the damage and your order number. We will replace the damaged items at no cost — no return of damaged parts required.

Order Changes and Cancellations

You can cancel or modify your order free of charge before it has been dispatched. Once your order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — you can use our 30-day free return policy instead.
